I will be filing my Vedic Returns on 5th September

It’s time to file my Vedic returns on 5th September.

On 31st March I file our non-Vedic financial returns to the income tax department. Vedic returns are filed on our birthday to our consciousness.

The return contains a complete account of negative and positive deeds of the last one year.

The returns filed include misunderstandings, hurt, anger, resentment, guilt, fears, rejections, failures, unforgiven, envy, mis-behaviour, mistakes and all negative feelings vs compassion, love, caring, empathy, happiness etc.

The first step is to calculate my last year’s Vedic earnings. The earning is not my money based finances earned but my soul and ego based earnings.

The earnings can be in the following heads

Soul earnings (soul profile)

1. Good will

2. Respect

3. Happiness

4. Peace of mind

5. Health

6. Blessings

7. Friendships

8. Knowledge

Ego earnings (ego profile)

1. Position and status earned

2. Fixed assets (car, house, money)

3. Name, fame and awards

Both soul and ego earnings positive and minus should be computed in the form of returns and submitted to the consciousness.

If the result is balance you need to pay thirty percent tax to GOD by passing on thirty percent of net happiness to others.

Law of giving is to pass what you get. Keep everything in circulation.

When I analyze my one year I find that I trained over 65000 people in hands only CPR 10 personally to general public and have seven success stories where the bystanders were able to save lives by attempting successful CPR to victims.

I am happy that I have ended up with positive in my Vedic returns.

If you want me to wish happy birthday, juts pass on the message to people that it is possible to save the life of a victim in the first tem minutes of death by learning and then attempting hands only CPR 10.

What is any hurt which causes the victim to be in severe bodily pain or unable to follow his ordinary pursuits for a period of 20 days?

A grievous injury

The 8th clause of Indian Penal Code 320 defines such hurts, which cause the victim to be in severe bodily pain for a period of 20 days as
  • Any hurt which prevents the victim from following his ordinary pursuits for a period of 20 days
  • Ordinary pursuits means the patient is not able to go to the toilet, to brush the mouth, bathe, cannot eat himself, cannot walk and to carry on such daily pursuits require mandatory help of other person for 20 days
  • The length of time during which an injured person is in pain, disease or is not able to pursue his ordinary daily routine work must be meticulously and satisfactorily observed by the doctor himself before certifying the injury as a grievous injury.
  • It is employed not only in cases where violence has been used but also in cases where hurt has been caused without any assault, e.g., by administration of drugs, the digging of pitfalls. The setting of traps etc. the extent of hurt and the intention of the offender are considered for giving punishment.
  • It is difficult for a doctor to prove that an injured person was in severe bodily pain for 20 days but it is easier to prove that he was unable to follow his ordinary profession/pursuits due to the hurt.
  • A mere stay of 20 days in the hospital doesn’t make an injury grievous unless the person was in severe bodily pain or unable to follow his ordinary pursuits for a period of 20 days. Certifying doctor must rule out and document the feigned illness in medicolegal report.
