Emedinews:Inspiration:Learn to forgive, forget to fret!

Fire burns only those who go near it, but anger burns those who shelter it within themselves. If we bang your fist on a hard surface, first we will hurt ourselves before any other thing. An angry person harms himself more than harming others. Hence, we must try to limit our anger and try to forgive those who provoke us even if we are capable enough of taking revenge. If we dispense our fury and try to explain our viewpoint with a calm mind then we are sure to find a solution easily and harmlessly.

It is not a thing of pride to take revenge or retaliate. In fact, even an ant is capable of doing so. You must strive to become mother Earth who reaps rich yields for us even when we hurt her by cultivation. Just imagine the plight of a sugarcane stem which gets crushed just to provide us sweet and nutritious juice. Can’t we become like them?

We must understand one thing that whoever hurts us is not mentally strong but only a weakling and a coward. Those with a feeble soul and mentally blind hurt others. We must pardon those poor people, as fighting with blind people is not an act of valiance. Revenge tends only momentary pleasure but forgiveness rewards us with an everlasting satisfaction.
